The staff do not know how to speak to customers properly. We went to withdraw our money, but we were told that our account had already been closed. Even though we had the cheque with us and came to withdraw the money, no one informed us that the account had been closed. This is a very poor bank. It's the first time in my life that I have experienced such bad service from a bank.
Worst bank in my entire life it's officer not responding and they are very arrogant meanwhile
