I had a very disappointing experience with IndusInd Bank. The level of inefficiency and lack of accountability is extremely frustrating. The foreclosure process was unnecessarily delayed with poor communication throughout. Initially, the bank claimed the foreclosure letter had expired, which itself took around 10 days to be reissued—something that should have been handled much more efficiently. Very bed service taking long time for banking work
As a bank the services are bad to nil. I have a senior citizen premium account but they do not serve, even running behind them from post to poll, simple work doesn't happen in weeks.
