यहाँ के कार्यकर्ता cooperative ही नहीं हैं, अगर आपको कुछ समस्या आती है तो आपको इन्हें request करना पड़ता है। मैंने इस बैंक के customer care के निर्देश से pre approved loan लिया जिसका emi pay करने में मुझे समस्या आ रही थी तो मैंने branch visit किया तो कहते हैं जिससे लोन लिया है उससे संपर्क करो customer care वाले कहते हैं Branch जाओ। Lean amount के लिए branch manager से बात किया तो topic को बदलकर saving account और transaction का पाठ पढ़ा रहे थे। private Bank होते हुए भी यहाँ संतोषजनक काम और व्यवहार नहीं है।

Bad management I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your branch. I visited the branch in the morning for my work. The staff informed me that my work would be completed by the afternoon. However, when I returned in the evening, I was told to come back the next day without any proper explanation. I had a very disappointing experience with IndusInd Bank. The level of inefficiency and lack of accountability is extremely frustrating. The foreclosure process was unnecessarily delayed with poor communication throughout. Initially, the bank claimed the foreclosure letter had expired, which itself took around 10 days to be reissued—something that should have been handled much more efficiently. As a bank the services are bad to nil. I have a senior citizen premium account but they do not serve, even running behind them from post to poll, simple work doesn't happen in weeks.
