Very disappointed with IndusInd Bank, HSR Layout branch. I agreed only for a normal savings account, but without proper explanation, my account was linked/converted in a way that kept debiting money unnecessarily. Mr. Santosh (Accounts) and Mr. Ketan (Loans) handled the process, but there was zero transparency. Customers should be very careful before signing anything here. Poor and misleading experience overall.
Excellent staff behaviour, especially staff Bhibi & Krupa are very humble in understanding customer problem, they not only provide solutions for the issue the help us in closing the issue rather than dragging the problem for months together like other branches do such as Koramangala and Domlur indusland bank.

Me and my wife visited the IndusInd Bank HSR branch today for closure of couple of 2 very old FD accounts and as I remember this is not even opened/held at this branch. Now, the executive who attended to us, Mr. Krishna was very friendly and pleasant. He attended to us reassuringly ( in fact never mentioned this was not at the brank, we need to go to home branch etc...the thing you often face at most public sector banks, often even with pvt sector banks), took the necessary documents from us and promised to close and transfe... read more
