The service is very bad, there is always a network problem, the staff also responds very rudely, when I ask for a statement, Madam Komal Chhipa says it will be done only on Monday, there is no time today.
What an absolute waste of time and effort. I visited a branch to open an account and was sent to another branch 12 km away because the first branch couldn’t handle the process. After traveling all the way there, I was made to wait for 45 minutes while staff attended to other work. These guys are PROs at harassment. Every time their cash withdrawal rules change and at times they deny 5k withdrawals to their customers. Terrible. The Branch Managers is careless. TERRIBLE.
Highly disappointed with this branch. So called private bank. Staff seems untrained need training how to attend customer. Their Internet connection always down. if you have time to waste then you can come. Even government banks have better connection and staff. If I have option to rate minus rating in google I would have given -5 star. I request IndusInd bank authorities to please look into these matter on a serious note.
