My experience with IndusInd Bank has been very poor. The employees I interacted with were ill-mannered and lacked professionalism. There was no willingness to assist or resolve issues properly, and the overall attitude was dismissive. As a customer, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I expected better service standards from a reputed bank, but unfortunately, this was not the case. i am very disappointed by the behaviour of "ANKITA PANDEY"
Worst branch and service. They should know how to treat the customers. Even with multiple pioneer accounts they didn't show any respect or professionalism. Their employee Pooja who is a deputy manager is horrible. I tried calling and messaging her and she didn't care to respond once. When I visited she bluntly said what's the big deal about it. Shame for the bank to have such insensitive employees.
