The branch staff was not cooperative, I opened an account online, video kyc failed so I went there for full KYC. They checked and told me that my account is not reflecting and hence we cannot take the application form for full KYC. They even told me that one should not get account opened online and shall visit the branch rather. One of the worst experience of both INDUSIND and the branch.
