Their work culture is very bad. They lack basic common sense. Overall all indus bank in delhi , I can vouch are horrible in providing their services. They will given u n number of reasons for not doing your work. It is lottery for someone who can get their work done on time and in proper manners.
Amazing Staff Experienced !! Especially the Bank Manager Varun Makhija is pro in financial solutions. Great For opening Fixed Deposit of High Amount and also receive equitable funding against it in times of need !! Highly Recommend
I had a very good experience, all the employees are very good and helpful.
One of the worst branch of Indusind bank. Staff unnecessarily opened bank account, blocked my money and was unable to close as he lost most of the forms. Unprofessional staff with zero knowledge of banking. They turn a deaf ear to your complaint, no matter how many times you email them. Please avoid this bank at any cost, its hard to open account in Govt PSUs bank, but they follow due procedure for opening account. So keep your money safe there. No customer redressal system at place.
