My father saving account, demat account was here since this branch was opened. My father’s passed away 2 yrs ago. I requested demat account last 3 yrs statement 2 week ago, from the branch staff they said we have to raised request to demat services after that statement arrives in 48 hours, now today is two week passed and still there is no solution for that. Bullshit branch. Don’t open accounts here, worst service I have ever seen.
I renew my review with 5 stars and profuse praise. I have had the good fortune of banking at multiple branches across states. And my experience has always been A1. My entire family banks with IndusInd and they all agree. Please never change.

Whenever I visit Nizampura branch,the printer is out of order 🙃
The staff is absolutely terrible. My account was old there, and I just fully started it two months ago. Now when I went to update my mobile number, they told me the same thing—that my account is closed because the manager I worked with has left the job. So now my account is closed, and there's no responsible staff. Who will open the account then? We also have jobs and aren't free to go to the bank repeatedly. The staff is absolutely terrible.
