After waiting for 15 minutes, Bank cashier ask me to deposit my cash in different branch. Reason is cash deposit is full. Are you guys joking!
“Absolutely pathetic branch. As a current account holder who pays for services, I expected basic professionalism but got the exact opposite. During an emergency deposit, I was literally turned away at the gate saying ‘deposit not available’ while the bank was still operating. Every visit is worse than the last. Waiting 25–30 minutes just because their deposit machine is slow or malfunctioning is apparently normal here.
