Sector 31 branch is not on Google maps. Very annoying experience in recent years. Atm doesn't work most of the month. Staff has no idea about stuff like minimum aqb on specific accounts. Have no control over issues like statement errors and email statements not arriving. And they have completely messed up their mobile app and online banking. I'm done with this bank.
Very unprofessional and irresponsible staff that too in a prime area branch.
