Today I visited the Sector 26, Madhya Marg branch of IndusInd Bank. Overall, most of the staff was fine, but my interaction with Alka Ma’am was not satisfactory. I felt the communication and customer interaction could have been more polite and professional. The branch environment also felt louder and less organized than expected. I hope customer experience and service standards improve.
Bad behaviour by staff even by manager trying to create fear. Very unprofessional. Never expect this type of behavior from bank. I want to close my savings account but instead of closing my account they create fear inside me they said you have to pay 10k non maintenance charges of account. Otherwise your cibil will down. But according to RBI rules you can't never take any balance in minus for non maintenance of your account balance. You can't never deny anyone to close there account. What type of behavior is this.
