Absolute nightmare. Please don't make the mistake of choosing IndusInd as your banking partner for business needs. Their entire team seems to have zero technical know-how, very little ownership, and almost no willingness to resolve issues. The Indie for Business platform barely works for even the most basic tasks, international transactions on the debit card are unreliable, and once an RM is assigned, getting a response is next to impossible. Very lazy staff I visited branch for cash deposit and they take the money and said it will be credited in 10 min but after 1 hour I revisited again to take update and they forget to credit my amount in my account when ask them again after 1 hour then the amount credit. I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S THERE MANAGER DOING TO RUN THE BRANCH IT FEELS LIKE LAALE DI SHOP
