Absolute nightmare. Please don't make the mistake of choosing IndusInd as your banking partner for business needs. Their entire team seems to have zero technical know-how, very little ownership, and almost no willingness to resolve issues. Very lazy staff I visited branch for cash deposit and they take the money and said it will be credited in 10 min but after 1 hour I revisited again to take update and they forget to credit my amount in my account when ask them again after 1 hour then the amount credit. I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S THERE MANAGER DOING TO RUN THE BRANCH IT FEELS LIKE LAALE DI SHOP
