Pathetic banking service from the bank employee and they tell us something which is not at all available by the bank they call us about the hidden things after they open up the account. Pathetic way to take care of the customer I will be genuinely closing my account and will tell not recommend to go to this branch. Hopeless banking services.

Pathetic branch and pathetic bank. I visited them to solve my issue of FD. THEY were not having any satisfactory answers and on top of it an employee name Rishika, asked me should I give you an statement? She unnecessarily diverted my mind. She didn't informed me that it will be charged. Next day they deducted 118/- from my account under the name of duplicate statement!! One zerox 118/- Rs. Cheaters. Frauds .
