I have been a customer for nearly 5 years, but my recent experience at this branch was extremely disappointing. After giving an honest 7/10 feedback, I received a call questioning why I didn’t give a 10/10, which felt pressurising and unprofessional. Worst Bank ever, there are no permannt employees and everytime they call for new account opening , but when it comes to services , they are just irresponsible. Infact there is no humanism in this bank. They are harrasing senior citizens and without any intimation they renew depoists and deduct the premature charges on their own. Just shut this bank if you can not keep up to your services .
Without intimation my account change and cut non maintanence charges any time.. Account closure foam submit but not close. Very bad services
