Extremely poor branch in customer service. Staff behaving like Govt bank, even poor response From them. Very disappoint with this.
Very careless staff. They freeze my current account 4-5months before and said they need field verification. In 4months they came 4 time for field verification and promise that all good and account will open again in 1-2 days. Now they were neither closing my account and nor unfreezing it.. not even picking up call. They start at deducting balance by the name of low balance maintenance.. Either this bank is fraud or may be raja park branch. And in December after deducting all all my balance, they said finally account is close... read more
Experienced extremely poor service. They lack professionalism, waste customers' time, and their management seems uninformed. Even the Head Manager is clueless and doesn't pick up client calls, leaving customers misinformed and misguided. The branch is ineffective, and their online application is non-functional. Urgent action is needed to address these issues.
