My account has been debit frozen by IndusInd Bank for the last 2 years due to a cyber police freeze under 13 layers for an amount of only ₹10,000. The account from which the money was transferred is already active, but my account is still frozen. I have visited the bank branch, their Head Office in Parel, Mumbai, and also sent multiple emails, but I have not received any proper response yet.

Very bad experience. I live abroad, I want to change my phone number in my nri account. I already requested for it. no one is response from last 2 week. and the relationship manager was not given any response.
