Very disappointing experience with IndusInd Bank, Olympic Branch, Jodhpur. My digital transactions were blocked, so I completed my KYC at the branch. The staff member handling my case, Jyoti Band, conducted my home verification and assured me that I would receive an update within 6 days. However, after that, he stopped answering my calls and provided no response. Even after meeting the Branch Manager, no one took responsibility, and I was simply redirected back to the same employee.
