Worst experience to visit in krishna nagar indusind
I visited the IndusInd Bank branch in Krishna Nagar, East Delhi, and had the worst experience ever. Even government-operated branches have more accountability than this one. The staff seems to have a habit of avoiding difficult situations, leaving customers to deal with other channels to resolve their concerns. They didn’t even take any details from me; instead, they asked me to gather all the information about my complaint and return on Monday. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this bank. Whenever I sought assistance, I was met with excuses and rerouted to phone banking or other channels, leaving my concerns unresolved. They failed to take any responsibility for helping me. If there were an option for a zero rating, I would absolutely select that. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied and believe their customer service needs significant improvement.
