Jab bhi bank jao, kabhi server down hota hai, kabhi electricity nahi hoti, aur kabhi koi na koi technical problem chal rahi hoti hai. Money deposit karne jao toh bhi server down milta hai, jiski wajah se baar-baar bank ke chakkar lagane padte hain. Worst experience to visit in krishna nagar indusind
I visited the IndusInd Bank branch in Krishna Nagar, East Delhi, and had the worst experience ever. Even government-operated branches have more accountability than this one. The staff seems to have a habit of avoiding difficult situations, leaving customers to deal with other channels to resolve their concerns. They didn’t even take any details from me; instead, they asked me to gather all the information about my complaint and return on Monday.
