Good service
Worst banking experience. I requested my loan foreclosure letter several days ago and even visited the branch, but I still haven’t received it. I keep getting the same generic response: “We are actively working on your request,” with no actual resolution or timeline. Very poor customer service and unacceptable delays. I expected much better from IndusInd Bank. Not Recommanded to anyone even though I am closing all relationship with this bank.
