Very bad experience. They take customers for granted. They do not response to the messages. They do not pick up the calls. They always have the same answer, "sir, we were in the call". I mean these useless managers are more important than customers for this Dustbin bank.
Worst experience ever
I opened an account with this bank more than three months ago, but I still haven't received proper access to all the account services. Whenever I visit the branch or call for assistance, I receive different excuses from the staff. Sometimes they say they are busy, sometimes they say it is not their department, and other times they claim they are occupied with cash-related work.
