They get the job done, but we didn't have the best time with them. Not quite sure how to put it into words. We felt very rushed the whole time. Did not really feel supported. The bare minimum perhaps, and then you are on your own. Responses are quite cold. Each time I think about reaching out to them now for a change for a question ,I hesitate and then decide not to.
I created a Trust from Snehal and team in 2022 as part of estate planning. Everything went well until the trust creation part. They were responsive until the trust was created.
