Jen is incredible, just had my first laser hair removal treatment here for my face. Jen is so supportive and kind, she also can provide a 20% numbing cream which was a life saver. 🙏 UPDATE! It's been 9 months, I've gone back to Jen soo many times. I am a fat, queer, 30-something-year-old person of colour with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and deal with hormonal hirsutism that causes me to have significant amounts of facial hair. They are very knowledgeable and provide a warm welcoming atmosphere. I came here because they are trans inclusive. They have preferred name and pronouns on their forms and I felt that they are well informed about trans people's needs. I feel safe, respected and valued everytime I come here.
