The lady working on Sunday afternoon around 6:30pm could benefit from further customer service training. It felt as though there was a strong focus on her TikTok popularity, but social media attention alone is not what keeps customers coming back. Customers return because of the overall experience, including feeling welcomed, valued, and appreciated. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as a positive attitude and customer-focused approach can make a lasting difference. Worst Customer Service!
