I’ve been a regular customer and always liked the meat quality here, but lately, the cutting has gone really bad. The goat meat pieces are very uneven — some too small, some too long, not properly diced. It never used to be like this before. The quality of meat is still not bad, but the way it’s cut has become careless.Its better to change the butcher or give them proper training before more customers start getting disappointed and stop coming there.
The more whistle you put on pressure cooker, their meat going super hard on every whistle. If I keep doing it may turn into stone and diamond by tomorrow morning. Thanks
