If I could leave a ZERO I would. Company full of broken promises, horrible customer service and an unfit representative (Randy). I don't leave bad reviews but this company deserves as many bad reviews as we (small businesses) can send. I would advise any small business to CLOSE THE DOOR WHEN THEY SEE INDOORMEDIA COMING!

I have been advertising with RTUI (now Indoor Media) for the last 10 years. While not inexpensive, the ad campaigns I've run have been cost effective for a small business. What really sets them apart from other advertisers is the level of personal service I've received from them and my sales representative. We've been through all sorts of events over the past 10 years including Covid-19 shutdowns and they've been very responsive towards meeting our needs. They are a wonderful company to work with!
We had a very disappointing experience with IndoorMedia. We spent $2,500 on their advertising program with the promise of increased visibility and customer traffic. Unfortunately, we did not receive a single customer as a result of this campaign. The sales pitch was full of guarantees and excitement—they claimed they had worked with similar businesses and that we should expect a strong return on investment.
