Great customer service
I became very sick here ,something is wrong with the weed here , CAUTION!!!
$494.27 spent since March. I ask to use my points while I pick up my online order. “You have to do it online.” I did, it won’t let me. “Oh well, that’s the only way I know how.” Now I’m reminded why customer service is important to me. That’s why I’m going back to Nicklz. It’s such a waste of my time and $ to go somewhere where mediocrity is the rule.
