Please answer your phone. I have been trying to call you for 2 weeks straight now. I'm sure this has something to do with low staffing and covid. I do not want to give you a one-star but at this point I'm thinking that I should not give you four stars. The only reason I'm giving you four stars at this point is because I really love my air purifier but your customer service right now is absolutely terrible. Please reply or I'm going to edit this review to the appropriate 1 star.
The air purifiers work great but I ordered new filters and received the wrong ones tried to get a hold of the company via phone and email took two weeks and got an email from them saying they were sending the right ones out to me got them yesterday wrong ones again they sent me the same ones so here we go again there customer service I rate in the negative
