GURINDER SINGH IS THE NASTIEST RUDEST PERSON EVER. No customer service doesn’t know how to be polite or speak to people. Angry miserable man that talks to people over the phone however he wants but would not dare to speak to someone that way in person

Pathetic service. Even during pandemic for sending oxygen concentrator they promised to deliver in 3 to 5 days. It is now 14 days and still haven't received the package in India. Every time different excuse. People are saying and people want to make money out of it. Business days excuse, customs excuse, local courier service excuse, they even said Bangalore is a remote location so hence the delay. Never ever use to courier service.
