I just completed 4 weeks of PT for a rotator cuff tear with Arielle. I have had more than my share of PT over the years, but Individual Physical Therapy is truly different. You are not passed between a physical therapist and PT assistants. You are with one physical therapist for your entire session. Absolutely the best I have experienced for both myself and for several of my Personal Training clients over the past several years. 100% individual attention from your therapist 100% of the time you are there...no being sent off to work with an assistant or to do exercises on your own.
I had the pleasure of working with two outstanding physical therapists here — Kate for vertigo and Jay for shoulder pain —, and I can't say enough good things about both of them.
