I came to Individual PT 8 weeks out from a 50k Ultramarathon unable to even walk from a training injury. I worked with Molly for 8 weeks and she not only helped me get to the starting line, but also the finish line.
I like the one on one attention as it provides consistent treatment from one appointment to the next. My therapist Lauren is very professional and I feel very comfortable under her guidance. She has me active with the exercises but keeps me within my limitations.
