I enjoyed working with Lauren on my physical therapy. Although sometimes it was painful in the moment, I always felt better once I left the facility. I have no complaints about the physical therapy I received. However, I do have complaints about the fact that they have two locations and often I showed up to one location (today in Westfield) and was told that I was supposed to be at the Scotch Plains location. I am new to PT, but Molly has been wonderful so far. I am an unusual and challenging case, but I am seeing improvements already.
I've had some poor experiences in the past with physical therapy. So when I needed to get PT, I was at first a bit reluctant. But finding Individual PT and working with Seide has been an awesome experience. Seide has been very patient in taking the time to explain the various exercises that I needed. And how to incorporate it into my existing workout routine.
