I’m so fortunate to have found Indigo Zen. I travel frequently which wreaks havoc on my lower back, and my line of work exhausts my legs and feet from constant walking. These issues are remedied almost effortlessly. He takes the time to listen to my needs and tailors the session to relieve pain adding stretches to compliment the session. His technique proves he is knowledgeable and his effort shows that he really cares about the healing process. This is my go-to!
Indigo Zen is a hidden gem in Metuchen, the space feels very calm and nurturing. Artur has healing hands (and elbows) that know when to dig deep for release or smooth out gently. I'm looking forward to my next appointment already!
