Online buyers beware!! Bought a pair of work boots online and I found the sizing chart on Catch confusing so they ended up being too big - honest mistake. I returned the boots to Indigo asking for an exchange for an appropriate size. I received notification from Aust Post that the boots arrived back to Indigo workwear. I had to chase up with an email to confirm that the boots had been received and then a follow up email with regards to what was the next step as there was no communication at all!
