I can’t thank Carlie, at the front desk, enough for helping battle my insurance to be reimbursed. Indigo files claims as a courtesy. This maybe common amongst most PT providers. What is not common is for Carlie to spend time on the phone week after week with my insurance because at times, insurance would only speak with the folks at Indigo. She and Dr.Khan spent the better part of a month filling out paperwork, calling and advocating. This is extraordinary dedication and compassion to help me return to care.
My experience at Indigo Physiotherapy has been very helpful. The exercises that Dr. Andrea Eisgruber taught me have greatly reduced my incontinence. She explained urge incontinence and stress incontinence and gave me techniques beyond the exercises to help with both. And she patiently answered my many, many questions. I wholeheartedly recommend this PT for any woman struggling with incontinence. I am delighted with the kindness and care that I received.
Highly recommend! I was treated for my pelvic floor postpartum and returning to running postpartum. Dr. Andrea is amazing! She made me feel heard and I felt very comfortable throughout my experience. She also does a great job explaining what is going on with your body and how the methods are treating it. I will definitely return for my next pregnancy!
