I felt disconnected from my body before walking into Indigo Movement. I have been getting massage therapy for over 20 years and I've stuck with Indigo Movement for the past two years and counting. Tiana not only has excellent technique that blends styles, she's also thoughtful in how she accommodates body shapes. For example, I've never had anyone arrange padding on the massage table to allow space for breasts. I highly recommend Indigo. Go see Tiana today!

I was in such a crummy mood on top of the build up of months of stress, but Indigo Movement changed that for me in a 90-minute massage. The personalization of my massage and the in depth intake put Tiana's healing hands to work. I was still smiling the next day and all I was wondering about was why I hadn't gone in sooner. Thank you and can't wait for the next session!
