Nice comfy full leather chair, that rocks, tilts and swivels, just what I wanted.
Wow!!! I’ve never spent over an hour looking at furniture before! But with Terri by my side, advising, detailing the qualities of each piece and suggesting colours/textiles and comfort, I couldn’t have invested my time any better! Fabulous range, amazing designs and almost ‘made to measure’ comfort! My lounge furniture will arrive before Christmas and I can’t wait! Thank you Terri, you are a credit to IMG
Wow! What a piece of work is the old bitter lady at this shop. The worst, rudest woman I have ever been served by. If it wasn’t for my mother who wanted to buy a chair, I would’ve walked straight out. Please watch how you speak to people when they enter your shop. A smile and a nice ‘hello how can I help you’ is all you need to make someone feel like they want to shop at your store.
Indigo Living sells IMG products which the manufacturer describes as providing “Effortless function, beauty and lasting comfort.”My IMG recliner lasted 6 months before it collapsed with me in it. My chair travelled several feet rather than inches and had the potential to tip me out backwards as the front of the base lifted from the floor. Repairs are expected to take 6-8 weeks.
