They got me in at the Freshfields office the same day that I called for an appointment. Dr Tom was extremely thorough and thoughtful. His instructions were very useful and I’ve started the exercises.

Audrey is the very best!!! She is smart, thoughtful , talented, and listens very well. She also takes the time to explain in layman terms the problems she sees and why she is taking the steps she takes to address those problems. Several years ago Audrey did intensive therapy with me to completely cure a sore shoulder. More recently I went to Audrey because of a worsening problem with the muscles around my ribs. In just two intense sessions, the problems were resolved. I highly recommend Audrey and the staff at Indigo Health.
