Highly recommend. Sandie has a lot of experience and does an amazing job at targeting your specific trouble spots. She also had great feedback on how to reduce muscle strain while working at a desk full time. You get a FULL hour of massage time. It seems like a lot of places I have been to recently, count the settling in and dressing time as part of the massage time. Sandie does not do this. It is a full hour of actual massage.
