While I fully acknowledge that Graber shades are custom shades and non-refundable, the installer (Indigo Blinds) has taken full advantage of this policy by providing terrible installation and customer service…knowing that the customer has no recourse. I complained initially about the installation and Indigo Blinds responded by adding side channels to hide the unprofessional installation.
