Very disappointed with Indie Image’s services. Although we were satisfied with the quality of the pictures, and they were very helpful/patient during the wedding and engagement pictures (especially Samantha with setting up and making sure clothes/hair look right) there have been major delays in receiving the product we paid for. My husband and I got married in January of 2023; it is now October 2024 and we have yet to receive our wedding album or USB, despite repeated requests. Communication with them is also a big problem.
Hands down the best photographers I have hired! I usually dont leave reviews, but I was so impressed that I felt compelled to do so. They offer quality pictures, professional, timely service, quick response, the list goes on. I hired them for mommy and me pictures and they came out amazing! My husband got to join as well. They were super fun with the kids and PATIENT. I am beyond pleased with my session and would book them again for other events.
Edgar and Samantha are amazing and offer great customer service! My husband and I have booked with them for our engagement session, my graduation session, our wedding ceremony in September, and wedding reception in March.
