Had a dial indicator repaired, it was missing a couple screws from the back cover and the bezel clamp. It was only fixed to working condition, none of the missing parts were replaced. I would not recommend this business
I have to admit that sending my very old calipers out for repair to someone that I had never used before (which was all the way across the country) was a little scary. John assured us that we would be completely satisfied. We were more than satisfied--we were 100% happy with the service, the time to get them returned to us and the reasonable pricing for the repair.
