I wish I could give zero stars. If anyone is looking to get a facial or other services from an esthetician, I strongly discourage you from using Abigail Putman at Indica Beauty. I purchased a prepaid card in December of last year for 4 facial services. She has been very unreliable and cancels frequently at the last minute. Out of 8 appointments scheduled, I only received two facials. I asked for a partial refund for the remaining two facials and was immediately told yes. I have received a facial from Gail twice, which were great. But after the 2nd one, I ordered some products through her which I never received. I had to text multiple times asking for an update, and I would never receive a response. After a month of waiting, when I was told the shipping was fast and I should get it that week, I asked for a refund. It took multiple texts and emails to get a response days later. I got a facial with Gail on Sunday and it was literally the BEST facial i’ve ever gotten. (and i’ve had manyyyyyy) she was so informative, did such a detailed job & i felt magical after. her suite is beautiful, she is a great aesthetician and i’m thankful that Dayton has such a great spot for facials! 1000000/10 recommend!
Extremely big on giving credit where it's due and leaving reviews! Reviews and word of mouth are so powerful. I met Gail for the first time today and she is absolutely amazing! Finding a new estitician in place of a dermatologist is stressful and makes you fear but I had no worries with Gail. She is very knowledgeable, kind, comforting and confident! If you're looking for unique and worthy facials, visit her!!! I absolutely will return every month.
