ridiculous attitude and behaviour of owner This is such a worst place i have ever been even back in india the owner is such ridiculous person he neither give respect nor a proper service ,instead there are many indian groceries and restaurants which gives you warm treatment and very welcoming ,had a worst ever experience,never suggest to any.
worst behaviour with the customers The behaviour of the owner is so rude. he is very arrogant. He salls both Indian grocery and he maintains a chaat section in the same shop. If any one wants to eat chat without buying groceries from his store,he says"dont come to my shop to eat chaat if u dont buy groceres.I want to to make money and I only sell chaat to those who buy groceries." India's Harvest is an Average Indian store I have been to this grocery store ever since it used to be called India Imports (service was much better back then) and the place is still a decent place to buy Indian groceries. The owners have a good selection, in a well lit shop and its organized. However, the place could use a really good cleaning as it stinks pretty bad and the place is always really hot. India's Harvest Stinks! I personally think the store should be shutdown by the city officials. The owners are racist, rude, and arrogant. The store itself smells. The shopping aisles and shelves are dirty. They keep expired products (especially dairy products). The trash bin on the food side is never cleaned. I stopped going to this store about a year back when the owner openly told us that they cannot serve us food as we don't buy groceries from them. A friendly reasonable place Its small, a bit cramped, and full of aromas but its warm. Reminds me stores back home . Sort of Mom and Pop style. The owners are quite friendly, open and helping. They provide very helpful suggestions to somebody who's looking for authentic stuff (one being me, coming from one). Its clean and they have the right kind of variety of groceries (quality and north indian). Frankly other places offer the same but I go there for their friendliness and knowledge.
Racist, Rude, Owner. I went to this place with my friend looking for Tea and cardamon powder. The thing is have been to this store and bought Tea and some spices at least 5 or more times within the past year. The owner said sir can I help you find something and I said no thank you. He then said If you are not going to buy something than I have to ask you to leave. I don't want you browsing around. Shockingly Rude behavior. The other day I went to buy some stuff. When I paid the money and asked for the receipt, the lady tore the receipt from the machine and threw it across the table at me.
Horrible Owner & this store is a DUMP! Summary of our experiences: 1. Rude and Racists owner (Sunil) 2. Bad attitude and horrible customer service 3. Hygiene - store stinks, the floor is so sticky as it hasn't been mopped for months 4. Toilet - It is way beyond code violations, needs to be sealed for contamination 5. Expired food on the shelves, worms in the flour bags, etc. It's hard to believe how he still has customers who shop there ...
Worst place of world Does not matter what people write about this place ,but never go to this place .this is the worst place in whole world. The lady is very bad mannered . I do'nt know what she think about herself. Place is very dirty and Bathrooms -- never go over there.
