From the head of nursing to the STNA For three months straight, I watch them talk about downgrade other staff members to the point where they do not want to return I would never step a foot back in that building to work with a bunch of nasty acting women that need to grow up. I am so happy I found better opportunity.
They clearly don't care about these reviews but going to add my voice. DO NOT LET YOUR FAMILY MEMBER COME HERE. This is the worst facility with the worst staff and they hinder healing more than they facilitate it. Stay away. Don't let your doctor send you here. It is garbage.

I called just wanting to speak to a manager and the front desk lady would not let me and proceeded to talk to me with a rude tone and no manners when I was very nice, then hung up on me mid sentence of me speaking.
My dad whom is 89 years old went here for rehabilitation . The administrator Kaycee was very helpful, friendly, and professional. She was very patient with me. She did everything she could to make me feel at ease and comfortable with my dads situation. If I needed something done, she did it. Also, the rehabilitation crew was exceptional. They worked with my dad almost everyday to make him strong again. They were super nice and helpful. The nurse staff were nice and accommodated my dads needs.
