My brother is in this place now he bed was dirty and had food crumbs in it he asked for ice water didn't get it few hours went by I asked for water for him again and still don't get it good looking place need to look after the patient to get the care they deserve

Kaycee M., Admissions Director, was extremely helpful this week. I am a Hospice Social Worker and she was as helpful as one could be! One of my patients had come to the conclusion he was no longer safe in his home, alone. She reassured the patient and his family that he would be safe here and taken care of. She was of great assistance to me, too, as I am not familiar with Cincinnati. Thank you for all your help, to all of us, this week!!

My mother is miserable there. Her belongings disappear with regularity, they spend her money on clothing that doesn’t fit, which then disappears. They buy snacks and soda which are frequently “borrowed” by staff while she sleeps. She was awakened one night by an aide who was in her refrigerator who told her he was borrowing a soda. There are some really wonderful nurses and aides at this facility that I have really enjoyed getting to know. Unfortunately, this facility seems to be chronically understaffed and often does not follow through on recommendations/orders either from internal staff or external partners (Hospice). At the initial care conference when my dad was admitted for skilled/long-term care, no one from nursing even showed up to the conference.
