I would definitely recommend Indianola Physical Therapy!! They have flexible hours, and I was always received very warmly at the reception desk. I also appreciated the excellent snow removal in the parking lot on snowy days. Above all, I was so thankful for my physical therapist Megan Hall. She is THE VERY BEST!! She has a unique mix of skill and empathy. She quickly identified the muscle weaknesses underlying my pain and gave me exercises that were appropriate for my ability. Abbey was my DPT. On my first visit she asked me why I was there and what was my goal. I explained that I have several above ground garden beds that require a lot of maintenance, care and planting in the spring. Then there is watering, trimming, etc continuously. I have developed a lot of lower back pain & right hip pain which has been making it difficult to keep up with the gardens. Abbey is a gardener also, and set an exercise program for me that has helped me to adjust my posture and how I approach bending, lifting, etc. ... read more
