I do business at four banks. This one is by far the most difficult to work with. Poor customer service and always a poor attitude about their lousy policies. I would recommend banking anywhere else. The only reason I ended up at this bank is because when I bought a new vehicle it was the bank the dealer selected. One of the other four whom I bank with is Affinity Plus. Wherever you are banking and there’s an Indianhead CU there is probably an Affinity Plus close and they are a lot easier to work with.
Always great service the people there are very kind I have never had an issue.
Literally terrible every single time you have to deal with them. If you have any other possible options, choose them. If zero stars was an option I would have put that. FYI they are now closed on saturdays and this does not reflect on google so don’t waste an entire morning driving there for nothing.
What year is it? 1980 something if you're this bank. Can't pay online, can't pay by phone, just mail us a check? How about you move into the 21st century?
