I know that it’s been almost a decade since this happened, but I still think about this experience all the time, especially now that I was correctly diagnosed three years ago with ADHD and ASD 1. this health org. is super messed up,at least for me. first they billed me for services from a scan that was read wrong from a scan then a cardiology Dr. corrected my results & according to a Franciscan cardiologist a totally different result.Franciscan could not get my iu health records , i'm still trying to get for myself ,so the same test from Franciscan & they say I have pulmonary fibrosis.i'm still paying out of pocket to IU Health for no records,incorrect results.Go to Franciscan Health. IU HEALTH is messed up!
So far, I’ve been here for allergy shots, a sick visit, flu shot, and Tdap shot. All times have been great! I especially love the allergy nurses! So sweet and they help you if you’re having an itchy shot day.
This place is the most poorly executed medical facility I’ve ever been a part of. I called twice to get my prescription refilled, and both times I was hung up on. If you want to get your medicine or any accurate treatment, you are better off asking your local drug dealer. I can almost guarantee they would be faster and more accurate with any of your medications with much more reasonable prices.
Show up 7 minutes late for an allergy shot which shouldn’t even require an appointment in the first place and they mark you a no show and make you schedule an appointment a week later because they’re all booked
