As an international student, I experienced microaggression here for the first time in this country yesterday, thanks to the lady in the blue top responsible for check-ins. I was looking for a staff member at another closed window, and before I even had a chance to greet her, she sarcastically pointed out that the indicator light above her station was on, meaning her window was open. DO NOT GO IF YOU ARE HAVING UTI STRUGGLES. I went and they told me I wasnt having any symptoms and I told them I was in terrible pain. I came home for spring break and went to urgent care and I have a UTI and im peeing blood. If they actually listened to my problems and took me seriously I would have already had this figured out and it wouldnt be as bad as it is right now.
Was concerned because of the poor reviews but they were able to get me in and out quickly despite all the work I needed. Within an hour and some change I got blood work, EKG, X-rays, and consulting with a doctor. Happy with my visit.
Awful, they rushed me and didn’t even listen to my complaints. More worried about my blood pressure which they took 4 times. It’s a Health center that just doesn’t care about the people it’s supposed to care for
