I had the worst experience here. The tax "professional" put the wrong routing number in for my check to be deposited. So I had to wait for my state to be mailed. Than I, myself, had to call them wondering where my federal was. They told me they would have it that day or the next morning. I had to end up waiting an extra 2 weeks to get it. Once again I, myself, had to ask if they were going to make me still pay for my fees since I was waiting around because of their mistake. They only refunded my half.
