Not a working man’s bank. Worst bank I have ever used, tried to send a wire to buy property and got treated like they caught me doing fraud when I asks about the process. They let apple take money out of my account and then said that I authorized it. This is a joke. Watch your account balance because they take money from you and blame it on someone else or you.
I will NEVER recommend this bank! I had a fraud alert sent to me FROM THEM I said it was fraud and took the measures THEY have in place! I have been calling non stop since fraud started and have YET to get a CALL BACK from their fraud department handler. I've only talked to their fraud "helper" and she was NOTHING BUT RUDE!
