I googled best banks in the area, and this place came up. I called them just to see if they could answer some questions. They acted irritated that I called. Google AI acted like this was a friendly place, so I guess it needs more accurate reviews.
Took 4 agents to put us in hold for most of an hour to answer 1 simple questio,
no way to access money on the weekends if anything goes wrong during them. i was making purchases and a basic fraud alert happened, nothing serious. they are not open and have no way of contacting them on the weekends. i was only buying things off an auction app when it went down but what if it froze and i needed something more serious.
