Emily was very helpful in helping me resolve charges I did not make and a new card.
Excellent customer service! I went in today to find a low-maintenance solution to avoid getting charged inactive account fees because this is my secondary credit union. The workers were very helpful counseling me about this and even refunded my fees even though they were totally my fault. They didn't need to do that.
