Had an account here because I had gotten a loan through them. They have great rates compared to other places. Well I paid loan off and left an account incase I needed a loan in the future. Being that you have to be a member and have an account to get a loan. Well they started charging me a monthly fee for "account dormant "! This is totally unacceptable and just crazy! Closed my account and will deal elsewhere in the future
I really like the friendly staff and the way they take the time to answer any questions you mite have about your account :) They are not a very large bank so its much earier and alot quicker to get what you need done and go on about your day, I have also recomended this credit union to friends and family who like the conveniences of this credit union and its couteous and friendly staff, I would recommend Indiana lakes credit union to anyone.
