I had my car into oak motors today. They told me I needed a new transmission. I just had a power steering module replaced about two months ago so when this happened I was very upset. I called indiana finance and talked to melissa who I explained to her that this was going to cost a lot of money for repair. The first thing she asked was is this still in warranty. This place is a joke. We have a car through them. I wouldn't suggest going with this company. If this car wasn't our only transportation to work. I would give them the car back. I wish I could give them 0 star rating. Not the first issue we have had with them.
For this being my first car payment experience. . . I can say they are doing a good job as opposed to other places that I have seen family and friends go through. Keep up the good work!
Hi to all, I recently purchased a ford taurus from oak motors they knowing they I did not have a indiana driver s license but a missouri license instead still chose to sale me my car anyway. I was prego at the time they told me to hurry up and get an indy driver id and I said ok. Its been on 2 1/2 going on 3 months I they repoed my car even though we had already made payment arrangements and I had already put \$1114 on it that including a \$200 dollar deposit I also put down and they said today its not about the money but my... read more
joke motors and indiana finance should just stop doing business. I have never worked with a bunch of lousy, could care less about a customer, rude, individuals ever. i reported myt car stolen and luckly i was able to get it back the same day. i forgot to call ind.finance to let them know i got the car back. they have since put out a repossession order, and picked the car up. Of course i had to fax in a bunch of papr work proving my income and residence, but little did i know they were going to dig into my rental history and ... read more

Although, there was a misunderstanding initially, but they worked with my attorney and I, and mutually we were able to resolve the issue. I am currently in my truck and satified at the moment.
