When my income taxes were uploaded from a physical copy to a digital copy by the department of revenue, they did not upload my IT 40 PNR. This caused me to owe quite a bit of money, wrongfully, to the state. I brought my entire tax return to this office on September 16th and was told that I only needed to resubmit the PNR.
